What Is Pilates

Pilates was formed by a man called Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century.

The Pilates method is based on the six fundamental principles: 

- Breathing 

- Centering 

- Concentration

- Control

- Flow

- Precision 

By practising movements correctly this enables us to subconsciously move better in our every day life and activities.
