Come along for a taster class for £5

1 drop in session: £9.50

​

6 week block: £50

​

Please note blocks are non refundable but sessions do not have to be used consecutively.  

​

Sessions can be paid for by either cash or bank transfer. 

​

If you have pre-booked on to a class and are unable to make the class, I ask for at least 24 hours notice.

"I have suffered with a bad back for many years which meant if I bent down the wrong way I might not be able to stand for a couple of days.  Also as I’ve gotten older I could feel it getting harder to move and do normal day to day things.
I decided to try exercising!  I now do Pilates once or twice a week as well as swim. 
I love Pilates as it has helped me build not only strength in my body, but also makes me stretch and move and mobilise my body in ways that I wouldn’t normally do.  There are also exercises to help build balance. Something you take for granted but is incredibly important as you get older.

The results have been amazing. I can now do gardening and decorating easily. There are also hidden benefits such as being able to bend my arms enough behind me to do up the zip in a dress.
